These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the yd77 platform and all its services ("Services"). When you create an account on yd77 or use the Services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. Please read the entire document carefully.

1 Acceptance & Consent

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the yd77 platform, you declare that:

• You are a legally capable adult and are eligible to use such services under the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• You have voluntarily and knowingly read these Terms and give your full consent.
• All information you have provided is true, accurate, and complete.
• You are using the Services for your own personal purposes and not on behalf of any third party.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the yd77 platform.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted on yd77. Operating multiple accounts by the same individual is considered a direct violation of these Terms and may result in all accounts being terminated.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

At the time of registration, you must provide your correct identity, age, address, and contact information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.3 Identity Verification

yd77 may request additional documents at any time to verify a user's identity. This is part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and may be required before deposits or withdrawals.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

3 Age Restrictions

yd77 is firmly committed to the protection of minors. If any person is found to have created an account while under the age of 21, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void. It is the responsibility of the account holder to prevent any minor in the household from accessing the account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on yd77 are currently supported through the following methods:

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this timeframe may vary due to verification processes or technical reasons.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that:

• Your account has been fully verified.
• The wagering requirements for any applicable bonus have been met.
• It is preferable that the deposit method and withdrawal method are the same.
• There are no pending verifications on your account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is subject to a specific validity period and conditions.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn; only winnings earned from bonuses are withdrawable.
• If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• yd77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yd77 platform:

6.1 Fraud & Manipulation

• Using any software, bots, automated methods, or artificial intelligence to influence game outcomes.
• Systematically collecting bonuses solely for withdrawal purposes by analysing algorithms ("bonus hunting").
• Initiating credit card chargebacks or raising unfair payment disputes.

6.2 Money Laundering

Using the yd77 platform as a means of money laundering is a criminal offence, and any such suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6.3 Other Prohibited Actions

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Using or redistributing the platform's copyright-protected content without permission.
• Conducting any fraudulent communications in the name of yd77.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 System Errors

If abnormal results are generated due to technical errors, server disruptions, or system issues, yd77 reserves the right to void those transactions. Incorrect winnings displayed as a result of a technical error will not be credited.

7.2 Validity of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. yd77 may delay payment for investigation if suspicious bets or unusual patterns are detected.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 yd77's Rights

yd77 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to provide documents.
• Long-term inactive account.

8.2 User Rights

You may request closure of your account at any time. The right to withdraw any valid balance will remain after account closure, unless an active investigation is ongoing.

10 Limitation of Liability

yd77 bears no liability in the following cases:

• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or failure to read the Terms.
• A game being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device issues.
• Losses caused by faults in third-party software or services.
• Financial losses resulting from sharing your account credentials with others.

yd77 always strives to ensure a safe and reliable platform; however, temporary service disruptions may occur due to technical reasons and no compensation will be provided for these.

11 Changes & Amendments

yd77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered automatic acceptance of the amended Terms. New terms will take effect from the date of publication.
